Code Of Coduct – Pelican Crappie Club

INITIALS BELOW: Any member of S.H.I.P. Enterprises, L.L.C. shall abide by this Code of Conduct throughout the duration of any event being hosted by this organization.

INITIALS BELOW: All members shall conduct themselves in a professional manner that will not reflect negatively on the organization, including its members and sponsors, any spectators, vendors, or on the event in its entirety.

INITIALS BELOW: The reputation of S.H.I.P. Enterprises, L.L.C. as an organization, the integrity of its officials, and the reputation of its media are valuable assets and tangible benefits for both the organization and its members.

INITIALS BELOW: It is the sole responsibility of each member to refrain from comments to the media that unreasonably attack or harm the integrity of any event, tournament officials, sponsors, fellow members, fellow contestants or S.H.I.P. Enterprises, L.L.C.

INITIALS BELOW: Responsible and respectful expressions of disagreement with any policy or ruling made is acceptable; however, attacks upon the integrity of the rules or officials will not be tolerated.

INITIALS BELOW: All members shall demonstrate sportsmanship, honor, integrity and professionalism as it pertains to the sport of fishing.

INITIALS BELOW: All members must also extend the Code of Conduct in its entirety to any of their personal or business social media accounts as it pertains to this organization in any way, shape, fashion, or form.

INITIALS BELOW: Any member who violates any portion of the Code of Conduct may be subject sanctions set forth by the Board of Directors (unanimous vote required), disqualified from a specific event or multiple events, or have their membership revoked for the 2024 season without reimbursement for any fees paid.
